1. SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
To offer you the best service and ensure fast worldwide deliveries we ship with DHL. Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a reference and will commence from the shipping date; we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. In case of domestic shipment courier service is provided by ACS.
2. IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
We recommend that you consider the following information:
- All orders require a signature upon receipt.
- We are unable to redirect orders once items have been shipped, so please ensure there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address.
- DHL does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or use General Delivery.
- If DHL does not find anyone at the indicated address, it will try to deliver the package two more times, leaving a card with instructions on each occasion. As also reaching you before delivery via SMS notice.
3. FREE SHIPPING
From time to time, we run free shipping promotions. . Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order at checkout.
In the event that you need to return an item that you bought during a free shipping promotion, we will not refund the outbound shipping costs (since this was free) and you will be charged a return shipping fee as usual.

Due to the fact that our product is entirely handmade , we are unfortunately not able to provide a refund. Definitely , you can choose another design and proceed on an exchange.
You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is returned to us after failure to deliver, you are liable for the shipping costs.
Any Other Issues
If there’s anything wrong with your order, you have 14 calendar days from the date of order to contact us via email and raise an issue. Any issues beyond this date will not be considered.
